Pinarello has come up trumps with a racing road bike called Pinarello Dogma 60.1. It has a sturdy Prince frame and the trusted name of Dogma. Taking cue from proven shapes and using geometry, Pinarello has used state of the art technology to make this super bike. Nanoalloy has been used to make the frame and has an EPS wrinkle free system construction. Diamond finish exterior uses 60HM1K carbon by Torayca. The bike comes in 11 frame sizes and is totally customizable.
Lower left section of tube section has been reinforced to act against pulling forces on the handlebar. The use of 60HM1K carbon means the bike is solid and can withstand any impact. Higher carbon number often leads to brittleness but the use of Nanoalloy which is an elastomer takes care of this problem and does not allow cracks to be developed. This makes the bike 23% more impact resistant than earlier Price model and is lighter by 40-90 grams.
The path breaking EPS wrinkle free frame allows consistent frame thickness and prevents small tears in the carbon that normally occur in the more complicated sections during manufacturing. Finish of the frame is Diamond based, which allows for more sparkling colors.

The frameset alone costs $5500 and the price of the complete bike is $15500 which makes it one of the most expensive racing bikes in its class. Considering the sturdy frame and styling, there are many takers for the super bike.
